No, there are not ANY time restrictions as to when
you must build!

Always open to new trades....
3) Can you swim in the water?
Yes, swimming in the lakes is allowed....the water
is clean and beautiful ...most of the lakes are stocked for fishing as
well!!!!
4) Are pets allowed ?
Yes, regular household pets are allowed.
5) Do you have any lakefront properties available?
Lakefront properties are very difficult to come by.
Occassionally we do get some but of course your price will be MUCH higher.
If you are wanting lakefront and are willing to pay the price ($40,000-$50,000),
